I’ve been stalling with weight loss, and I realised that I was not drinking enough water. It’s been a really busy, exhausting week and I’ve been sticking to the plant based, but not always whole food. A saving grace for me has been the Fry’s ‘meatballs’ which are great in the airfryer. I dropped almost half a kilo after upping my water intake. Good way to end the weekend. This week’s goals: track my food better, keep up with the fibre and protein, and 3l water daily :)
