It is day 44 of my IF. I like this way of eating because I am more in control, and I don't need to worry about food prepping. I also started 4 days ago with my 30 Days salad challenge. I am following the Ridiculously Big Salad mindset. This way, I only concentrate on exercising and being mindful of what I put into my salads...

I have also started with a new 2 week Exercise challenge with Nourish Move Love. It is EXELLENT mobility and strength exercises for busy moms or women.... I am 50 and don't want to become stagnant and unfit like so many women... I want to be an encouragement to others that hat at this age you can improve your health and lifestyle. IT IS NEVER TO LATE TO MAKE A CHANGE.

I love your attitude and your strategic plan to stay active and healthy. I also do intermittent fasting and I feel amazing...my mind is clear, my weight is under my control and I'm not worried at all about sickness. I'm highly active... exercise more 3-4 times a week and my mood is stable. Keep it up and let's become an inspiration....I'm only a decade younger than and you'd think I'm 20 when you see me in person. Healthy lifestyle slow again magnificently. All the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️
