Ooh beetroot hummus was super simple - just chickpeas, tahini, cumin and coriander and a little garlic and some lemon juice and salt, and then I added beetroot that I’d already roasted, and an ice block and water. I blended it all together in the nutribullet and added more water to help it blend :)
