Today I decided to not log exercise routinely; however, I will log the 10" chair exercises on that day, and any unusually physical activity p.r.n. This is because my 'exercise' varies little from day to day and I don't actually do anything with the "Net -" info. I need to focus on the good-for-me foods that work, simple from scratch, well flavored and affordable within reason. I remind myself that I don't spend anything on smoking, gambling, or excess alcohol. (Yeah I have some schnapps and a tiny bit of Drambouie --left from my days of flavoring coffee with an old Highland Cream recipe). I rarely even do that. :-) So splurging on blueberries and strawberries is where I blow money.
