Alright, I've recorded the rest of my food for the day. Assuming I don't eat anything not on there, it is my first reasonable day in awhile.

I realized this morning I am on an exercise streak for this year so far. I counted my swim day as a recovery day, so I haven't had a day of absolutely nothing yet. heh we'll see how long that lasts. 😜

Words have power. That said, might you consider "yesterday was challenging, but I'm on track as I embrace my goals for an amazingly healthy new year" There are words I am careful to avoid - failure is on that the list. YOU are a work in progress and of course there will be good days and way better days. Speak to where you are headed. ❤
