Feeling my workout mildly today. Was tempted to repeat today but decided to just stick to alternating days and give my wimpy bod time to recover, go slow-and-steady from here on and accept that pushing too much no longer works well for me. ATE SNACKS LIKE A CRAZY PERSON. Ready to just get them used up and replace any commercially prepared snack foods with fruit or veges. This was intentional eating that I'm not feeling any guilt about. (Sheesh, naybe I should eh?)
