Down a kg from Christmas. I’ve been focusing on a diet plan aiming to increase my veggie intake (it was good before but now I do far more veg protein than animal, which I’ve enjoyed.) I’m also focusing on meal prep which includes probiotic veggies. I’m starting to get into my rhythm, which is fun.
