Are you doing Banting/Keto?

Not so much Banting/Keto and more like carb cycling. I alternate most days between low carb and high carb. It’s not in any way fully structured … I just wing it by listening to my body. What I do do is keep my added sugar intake super low in the week and sometimes let loose a bit on weekends. I also do intermittent fasting most days.
