One of my favourite weekend meals - 6.35 oz Atlantic salmon, 125 grams baked sweet potato fries, 30 gr homemade tzatziki with high protein non-fat Greek yogurt = 580 delicious calories 🤤

Nice! 😋 One of my favourite salmon dinners is salt/pepper/garlic on each side, a splash of oil in the pan, flesh side down for a few of minutes over med heat, flip, increase heat to crisp the skin side, and a light drizzle with honey or maple syrup on meat while skin side cooks. The honey/syrup will form a light glaze from the residual heat on the flesh side. Simple, tasty and ready in about 10 minutes (depending on size of portion) 😎

I've become hooked on sweet potato fries done in my air fryer. Next time I'll have to put some salmon in as well. 😍
