Happy Wednesday Fs friends

So the last of the houseguests for the season arrived yesterday. He is a disabled lad (cerebral palsy, a traumatic brain injury due to a seizure disorder in his 20's and a mental illness because the universe decided that he hadn't been punished enough already) He has not been able to spend more than a few hours with his dad due to frequent hospitalisations and lack of physical stability in more than 10 years, so now they will have 3 full days together. He is not hard to please as far as accomodations and meals go.

I must say, we were watching TV last night. To my left one was eatng ruffles and dip. On the other side, the son was eating Doritos. Oh my. So I had a fat free yogourt and a peach. Sometimes this journey is pretty hard, but am still internalising that those kind of snacks just cannot be part of my life now or ever. It is a choice. Not always an easy one, however for once, my body and its' wellbeing must take priority.

And so you have it

Over and out.

Snacks are hard. They need to be a treat but not much of one. LOL.
