I am sure these things happen, our bodies are weird and wonderful old machines (well mine’s old anyway 😅). I am not going to let this stress me out. I was good this week, but it was a special week, with lots of family gatherings, and breaking of routines, and a stressful one, as it was my daughter’s play. I did the best I could. And if I keep doing that, it will go down again at some point.
