So second day of tracking! I hit roughly 1500 today and yesterday, so I suppose that's good. I'll be playing tennis this Sunday, but I need to start running again.
Trying to find a gym here, there's an Anytime Fitness close to my house but I don't think they have zumba or yoga classes. I need to find one soon though, the 10th will be 2 months of no running!
I just wanted to get in a quick update to let everyone know I'm on track (like 2 days of tracking makes me "on track" LOL), and I hope everyone has a good hump day tomorrow!

Hmm, have you always used jogging as a weight loss tool?

I've never used it as a weight tool, I really enjoy running. Honestly I don't think it ever helped with my weight, but I do feel healthier. Like, I have a lower reading heart rate and my legs are definitely stronger. Food for me has always worked for weight loss. Eat less, lose weight. No matter how much working out I did lol
