couldnt fit into this Wastewalker shirt 5 lbs ago! Hadnt weighed 191.4 since May 4th. Yet i feel more trim this time around: Muscle Mass is 23.5% today. Last time was April 24th. Lowest MM was 21.6 in 2021!
