A serving is 5 but I've been eating one to two per day and it helps with my cravings. I ordered these from Costco as a 2 pack of these bags. Haven't looked up their price on Amazon or anything like that.

I always budget in for dark chocolate! It makes life happy. Plus, 70 or darker is good for you in so many ways. I love Belgian chocolate. IMO it's the best. I'll have to try these.

I love dark chocolate. The darker the better.

Love dark chocolate! That looks delicious! I make a dark chocolate “candy” using 1/2 tbs coconut oil, 1tbs Hershey’s unsweetened dark chocolate, and 1 stevia.

These are the ones I buy. Costco has the best price most of the time, but Bouchard has some pretty good deals if you let them send you emails.

Wisco- yesss. I gotta stop the Hershey Symphony bars, if my husband grabs me an XL one from the store I eat the whole thing while we watch a movie on the couch together.... Eek. 664 calories I don't need... 332 if I share half with him.. still alot!! These like .25 oz pieces are perfect size and easier to budget calorie wise: 30 per piece.

Katsolo- yess. On Costco online you can get a 2 pk!! They sell them individually in store.

Storms, that so cool!! Simple recipe! That's creative thanks for sharing!

Wifey- they are! They aren't too creamy, so it takes a while for them to melt in mouth which makes them longer to enjoy and satisfies cravings more efficiently.

I just went thru some Ghirardelli dark chocolates....loved them...however portion control is not a strong point at my spot.

I used to keep 86% in the pantry, but it crept up on me and became more and more of a habit, so I gave it up.

Im with you erika. I cant stop at one of anything that is off my “ok to eat” list. Hopefully one day i will be able to. Although last week i had a follow up with my surgeon from last year and he gave me a little present of 2 chocolates in a box which i always so no to but took this time. Sadly, i ate them as soon as i got home and then waited to see if that was going to start up my chocolate monster voice in my brain but so far im still doing good. Hope it lasts. All looks delish

Yoh-, surprisingly, I can stop at one or two of these!! I'm like you are with milk chocolate/semi sweet chips.

I probably would have eaten them in the parking lot!
