Leigh_83 Yes I am on the 28 day mealplan. I do soup days sometimes too, i dont eat 100% on the 28 days like they say as its already low calories so I exchange some provitas for cookies ect. And other food choices. The meal plan I use as a guideline on how to eat healthier.

Thank you for the reply. You look phenomenal! I see you eat crumed fish and chicken. I want to start the 28 Day meal plan too. So do you think if I use that plan as a guide and stick to it like 80 to 90% and then use a few extra ingridients that aren't on the plan, like crumed chicken, I'll still lose? Thank you for the advice. I have to lose like 40 kilos 😪

Leigh_83 Thank you so much, i really appreciate it. Yes, im eating crumbed chicken and fish. Try it for a week and see how things are going. Im only using it as a guideline and I am still losing. You don't have to stick to it 100%. You can work out everything and see what works for you and what doesn't. As the mealplan is already low in calories its better to change some things for what works for you and your personal lifestyle and eating habits. You will soon figure out what works for you and what don't as this is a whole lifestyle change. Good luck on your journey. ♥ Wishing u all the best, if u ever have questions. All we have to do Jeanette .. just keep going like riding a bicycle .. it has to happen and Don't give up!! I lost up to now about 30kg and my clothes are loose , comfortable and a few sizes smaller! See my journal .. 2nd time I do this. 1st time I lost about 57kg. That was about 21 years back. The easy part is losing the weight. The difficult part is maintaining it and controlling the cravings!
