First milestone met....Happy Dance. Wanted to get the number to lose under the 100lb mark. This was a mental milestone as the initial amount seemed insurmountable.
Next milestones: 220lb - weight in my early 50s 200lb - weight in my early 40s 175lb - weight in my early 30s 160lb - weight in my mid 20s 150lb - weight in early twenties 140lb - weight in my late teens
Given that I was already at full height by age 12, I think this is achievable. Granted, it is less about the end number and more about BMI/health. With continued weight training, who knows...somewhere under my fat sacks there might be a bicep hiding. The only muscles at the moment that are making a small appearance are the calves. Then again that almost makes sense as they've had to lug around 100+ lbs for decades. The next few years will tell the tale. GW target date July 2025.
