Another hot day at 28C. Not as limp as the other day, have middling energy... enough to get some household tasks taken care of. Not hungry, so haven't eaten yet (not a good thing) as it is already dinner time, but have planned to cook a nice seafood with ww pasta in a smidge of Alfredo sauce. I've discovered the "enough for taste but not smothered" aspect of being able to have things I like but not blow my daily caloric budget.
Monday is weigh day. Just need 1 lb to remain on track. Fingers and toes crossed. Tomorrow the gym, then a concert (better take some munchies for the road after the workout or I'll have the post workout plummet mid concert. One day at a time.
