January I started on a size 46, now i'm a size 42 and still in workimg progress. But i'm so happy. A big difference for me

Keep at it! there is going to be a time that it will becomr even harder, especially when the body starts adjusting and the progress slows down. Just be persistent and also ensure that your calories are above 1200, do not cause your metabolism to stagnate and also keep your protein intake to 1.5g per kg and fats lowish and carbs moderate and you will continue to see great results. Godspeed!
