things I've done well this week:
Walked 10000+ steps a day most days since Sunday.
No more crisps in the house. Not to say I haven't had them this week, but I haven't had them every day like it has been for the last two months.
Many more veggies with dinner, not just starch and stews.
Two fruits a day.
vitamins B12 & D to help with managing the mood through this first Northern Hemisphere winter experience.

Congratulations Shereen 👏 and we call those the 'winter blues'. Lack of sunlight with the colder weather (forcing us indoors longer). It also helps to have less/smaller portions of 'comfort' foods and keep up workouts. Hope this helps :-)

Nice S. I feel a bit like I have summer blues, but I guess I shouldn’t complain, it’s a withdrawal from no longer being on the beach 🏝️🫣 but also this shocking load shedding
