It was suppose to be my fasting day today but we had visitors over and I did not want them to feel that I am a bad host. So I eat a small portion of low carb food in 20 minutes and started to fast again bcz I know I can just swop my days around. While they had dessert I just sipped on cold lemon and cucumber water...
These days I feel so much in control of the food I eat instead the food controlling me. That is a NSV....
I watched a Youtube of How sugar and carbs can make you addicted to food and therefore I am learning to rather steer away from it. I now know what it does to by I insulin levels...makes me crave sugar and carb loaded junk and food.
