I started with the RBS 3 day &ADF 30 day challenges on 1 Jan. 2023.
I will only be weigh-in my last day of this month'. currently I'm 64.2kg and would like to reach my 1st goal of 60kg by the end of this month.
Today according to the ADF challenges, is a fast day. I'm doing well thus far. I'm also would like to eat clean, by steering away from processed foods, sugar, bread, flour and minimize salt.
