I've been sick since Monday so all food recording has gone out the window. chicken noodle soup ftw. Exercising is definitely out of the question. Maybe good for my foot, but my body hurts so I also haven't been doing my stretching or strengthening exercises. blahhh

That stinks about the sickness stuff. At least you're eating normal-people food like soup, so you may even drop a pound or two. Maybe stretching would help with the aches & pains, though? Get well soon 💚💛

Do the best that you can. It sucks when an illness slows you down. If you are having nausea/vomit, eat your worst temptation. Going forward you might trigger feelings of nausea when looking at that food. 😄

Thanks everyone. I haven't slept so much (or so little!) in awhile. Naps are great things when you're sick, especially when sleeping through the night is not a thing 😴
