SilentAlcestis— with any luck you will live to be my age. I have learned that life is a balancing act—- prudently caring for and honoring the body that God graced us with while still sneaking to the dark side for that chocolate donut with chocolate frosting and nuts Just once in a while. It’s the non stop excesses that we consistently do that get us into trouble. It does not make people sickos. I am not a perfect example to anyone. I just saw enough weight related horror stories in my young nursing career that scared the shit out of me enough to make me want to build a lifestyle that would help me prevent some of those things from happening . I’m not sure why you are trolling this site, making some of the comments you have but really, there must be other more fun things for you to do with your time. If you are dealing with some of the same weight and mental health issues that many here on FS are dealing with why don’t you just unmask and join the conversation in a more positive way.

Ur an example to me Kenna Morton. Once in a while is ok, "non stop excesses" and making excuses is not. Imma go back to the underworld soon, just wanted to support a vegan goddess getting attacked by the crowd for living in reality. See ya Kenna, don't get too skinny now ur perfect the way u r.
