Sounds & looks great! I use avocado oil instead of olive oil as I'm not a fan of olives. I have to try my chicken like you made it (minus the hot sauce sadly)!

Hazel, you can’t taste “olives” in olive oil

Olive oil does have a distinct taste that isn’t for everyone. I use avocado oil as well because I don’t like the taste of olive oil. I also don’t like olives 😂
