First time in awhile my protein has been this high. (Yes, I've started recording my food again - I'm happy I started doing this again, it's good to see what I eat).

I went for a nice bike ride this morning. We did some intervals, and managed 25 miles in 1:50. It felt pretty good. My foot didn't like it towards the end, there was a sharp stabbing pain for about 5 seconds. Did you know that cyclists get plantar fasciitis, too? It'll never end!

Me too girl, had to start logging again. I was wondering what that sharp pain was when I started going ham on the treadmill! It always happened afterwards but I got thicker arch support socks to go with my brooks running shoes. 🏃‍♀️ Sending hugs!

JC, make sure you're stretching those calves out! I'm glad the shoes and socks are helping 😄 I recorded my food to start watching it, but today like every other day I went way over 😂 better luck tomorrow 🙃
