I used one cup of almond flour
Half a cup of phylum husk
Teaspoon of baking powder
A quarter cup of double cream yoghurt
Pinch of pink salt
Combine ingredients and make flat bread shape in any size you like and fry on a pan with coconut oil both sides brown,brush with butter and garlic .
