It's been 72 hours since my last soda. Phew. It's been a little rough. I found a semi replacement though. I crushed up some strawberries with some lemon juice and put it in seltzer water, and while it isn't as sweet as I thought it would be it is definitely bearable (at least for now).

Starting back up on ~ 1200 calories a day has also been a little rough. I feel hungry shortly after I eat. Maybe I'm not getting enough water. This has been the third day, so hopefully it gets easier by the end of the week.

I've also decided I'm going to allow myself to have a treat only once a week. So this week (today), I had some hershey kisses and a mini peanut butter cup. Next week it's going to be these delicious red velvet cookies I found on pinterest today. I'm pretty excited.
