gonna start this with a TMI warning ⚠️ 💩

my stomach has been so bubbly (gassy) since I got back from eating poorly, about 3 weeks ago. I haven't had a normal BM since then and my stomach has been bloated and hurting for the past two days or so. I don't know if I'm eating too much fiber or not enough (I get at least 10g from breakfast), or if I should try some miralax? When I was running the other day I had a strong sense of having to go, but when I got back home, nothing. any help is appreciated 😬😬

1) Oatmeal with raisins, apples, cinnamon. 2) Green smoothies help a lot (spinach, pineapple, banana, blueberries, + any supperfood like acai, maca, bee pollen, protein powder with water or tai coconut water with coconut meat). 3) Avoid OTC remedies. 4) Drink plenty of water and 5) cut back on any carbs like bread, wheat, pasta. I happen to be very sensitive to carbs (bloating).

Increase your water intake. I will eat something a little heavier on fat like bacon if I need to go. Grease the works, so to speak. 😉

I have trouble with this too. I take a probiotic with dinner every night. Chewable tablets.

I'll try to up the water a little bit, but I drink almost 100oz a day so anything past that is really pushing it 😅 I drank prune juice last night, and not sure if it was that or just what would have happened anyways but I got the worst stomach cramps (and definitely had a BM 🙃) and I had to take a gasx a few hours later to see if they would help, and it didn't. Today is better at least so we're headed in the right direction
