Not TMI I had that issue whenever I am traveling I don’t know why but I take Mylanta. For my patients I give warm prune juice with Mylanta works wonders. I use it on day one and done.

Prune juice. I put coconut oil in my morning coffee (1/4 tsp) and that helps keep me regular.

If it’s bloating and hurting you may have a gall bladder issue

Hi Asarver! Totally NOT TMI! I would like to ask: How much water are you drinking? Do you exercise regularly? Do you take a magnesium supplement? Also, how are you sleeping? All the extra fiber (in the absence of sufficient water) can have a binding effect. I usually find boosting my water, upping my exercise, and taking 400 mg of Magnesium citrate usually get things going. Good luck. Being gassy and in pain is no fun!

AND if you aren't sleeping enough, this can get things out of whack, too. We are strange, sensitive creatures.

I have similar problems, I started taking a probiotic and that seems to help some.

Taking fish oil (cod livercoil capsules) is a game changer! And agree with the magnesium suggestion (I like Natural Calm mag powder at night)

Brodiesilver that sounds kind of scary 😬 I am gonna try some prune juice first, but I'll definitely need to go see a Dr if it doesn't go away

allegra40, thanks for the questions! 😄 I drink on average 97 oz a day and run quite a bit. I do not take anything except vit D, what does the magnesium do? Sleeping is always eh, so normal? LOL

Magnesium will pull water into the stool, making it easier to go!

I actually bought a pill form probiotic, and I take first thing in the morning. Some people take right before they go to bed. It might be worth a try.

The fish oil acts as an (ahem) lubricant in the intestines! 😉
