Whenever i go on a weightloss journey i become terribly hard on myself to the point that it effects my mental health. This time i would like to do things differently so i would like to thank my body and mind for being able to lose 12kg thus far. The point is not to hate your body as you lose weight but to love your body for being capable to do absolutely magical things. So i would just like to say to myself 'i am proud of you and the woman you are becoming' #selflove
