Well I feel good. I think the benefit of gym and healthy eating is that I'm always feel good not lazy not tired in your body. I glad i took this decision to be this way. Hope i am always like this. Weighed myself yesterday at gym and i am still 82kg after a week, well its fine as long as I have not gained in happy.
