22 Oct was a good day, forgot to write in my journal how the day went. Anyway I ate a bit of kips bacon flavour about 10 of them and tea before i slept. This week i was not strick enough and I bet i will not lose any kilos this week. I just weigh myself month end and see if any changes to my weight. Im not too worried about my weight im more focused on loosing the inches. Ill have to use the tape measure one of these days and start monitoring my inches.
