The weekend has passed. I did my best to keep my calories low on the 18/19 Oct (weekend). My breakfast was very nice this morning. Im full and it was healthy. I see that avocados have too much calories but i like them and half is not enough for me,i need the whole thing lol! Anyways as im focused and dertemined about my weight lose im praying it happens fast by Dec 2014 I need to fit into my nice black pants in my wordrobe. Its so nice to see yourself winning the chalenge like this one. I think im winning and its all my will power. I managed to spot eating nonsense and focus on good food. Thats amazing for me. And wishing everybody to have sucess in thier weight lose journey.
