two days in a row I'm binging sweets and chips, UGH. I know it's emotional eating but I just can't seem to stop. I'm going to have to hide the offending food in my hubby's office for a few days to break the spell. I even ran in the morning today to help balance me for the day but they didn't seem to help.
Trying to relax with a glass of wine and some good food from a takeout place. Maybe some tv later. Hopefully we're back to business tomorrow!
