I have no idea how I ran 13 miles back in 2018 guys. I cannot get over this 10 mile hump, it's just a sore tired run. 8 and 9 were great, but ugh. Maybe I need a lower mileage week? But I always mentally feel set back when I do that. TOM showed up today too, so maybe that's why today's felt rough. I got 10.20 miles though, so slowly increasing 🙃 I'll have to do an easy run tomorrow to relax these muscles though.

We went out to eat last night and tonight, so I tried my best to estimate. My calories are at least getting closer to my RDI. 😃

Wish I could give you advice after all that you've given me. Maybe you could search for potential solutions on YouTube? Either way, 10miles is pretty darn impressive to me. ❤

Thanks guys. Tim, you're right, I just need to run to run and enjoy it. I think I'm just putting too much pressure on myself, because I had wanted to be further by now. But I'll get there eventually!

Weekend skated by...honestly it's icy in NEPA. Went out last night as well(can't bring my food scale everywhere😂) and guesstimated the food.

You are so coollll I can even run 1/3 of what you do at least not at the moment but don't worry you have time be easy on yourself you are doing great.

I have no endurance! I'm in good shape as I work out alit but cardio is difficult for me to do. I can't seem to maintain or exceed optimal heart rate ..I think you are doing great but I get your frustration.💜

I mainly do weightlifting. I take a body pump class( weightlifting to music, lots of reps) 3xs a week, I weightlift on my own 2 days a week and I take a step class once a week. I also warm up on either treadmill, elliptical or bike. 😊

Oh that sounds like fun!! I could never properly get into lifting when doing it on my own, but classes would be interesting!! I don't know how you do the elliptical though, that thing is evil! 👿

Walking is the first step! I love listening to audiobooks or this app called Zombies, run! Do you listen to anything when you workout dp? And yeah, it's a period acronym 😬 time of the month 😃

U R a bit older so running will be harder on your joints. How about walking the last few miles as a cool down?

LOL- Time of the month. I feel dumb for not figuring it out. I have a gym playlist. I mostly lift and I listen to music.
