Thanks guys. Tim, you're right, I just need to run to run and enjoy it. I think I'm just putting too much pressure on myself, because I had wanted to be further by now. But I'll get there eventually!

Weekend skated by...honestly it's icy in NEPA. Went out last night as well(can't bring my food scale everywhere😂) and guesstimated the food.

I have no endurance! I'm in good shape as I work out alit but cardio is difficult for me to do. I can't seem to maintain or exceed optimal heart rate ..I think you are doing great but I get your frustration.💜

I mainly do weightlifting. I take a body pump class( weightlifting to music, lots of reps) 3xs a week, I weightlift on my own 2 days a week and I take a step class once a week. I also warm up on either treadmill, elliptical or bike. 😊

Oh that sounds like fun!! I could never properly get into lifting when doing it on my own, but classes would be interesting!! I don't know how you do the elliptical though, that thing is evil! 👿

Walking is the first step! I love listening to audiobooks or this app called Zombies, run! Do you listen to anything when you workout dp? And yeah, it's a period acronym 😬 time of the month 😃
