Alright, more on track today guys!! Tomorrow I should be within my RDI. The period between 3pm and dinner is when my body is screaming SO HUNGRY, I don't understand. Yesterday 2 boiled eggs didn't seem to help, today I tried a bunch of blueberries and both days I'm munching away on these doritos! 😂 We'll see how the scale plays it out tomorrow, but I'm not too worried.

Did an OK 5 mile run today, hoping my long run feels better over the weekend. 🙃
