@Carnage02 The first was taken by a friend using the back camera, the 2nd was taken by myself using the front camera so its a mirror effect.

@_Leks : you must be young - there is no way for an older person to tighten the belly skin to such an amazing result. Well done.

@maalin, I did and still do fasted cardio 5-7 days a week. Switched up cardio intensity as results slowed down. Started with walking, then 3km jogs, then 8km then when results slowed I switched to High intensity intervals, increased intervals as results slowed (hill sprints, functional crossfit). Weights 4-5 times a week, upper/lower split.

Liela1993: Diet played a major role not going to lie, all the training in the world couldn't do the trick only when I stuck to my diet 100% did results come

@maalin, I'm 30 going on 31, but I guess it's about your definition of young because after 25 it was all downhill from there 😅 but I could disagree, seen a couple 40byear old pull it off. What helped me is the skin treatments/routines my sister put me on, kept me from that excess skin and stretch marks
