Also made myself a low carb brownie cake- 85% Lindt, eggs, xylitol, cocoa powder, butter and some cornflour. I will ice it with whipped cream and eat it tomorrow. Breakfast was shakashuka with chorizo and eggs and many cups of coffee with cream 😃

So I have spent ages also trying to perfect some kind of low carb cake - I eventually came right with almond flower, nestle cocoa powder, eggs, Erythritol/stevia blend, coconut oil and I used Devilliers keto coconut jut butter chocolate as a molten centre 🤪 I had been trying different Rick's for weeks before that 🤭

I must have looked at 100 recipes before going back to this one - because it feels like a crummy keto cake is worse than no cake 😂
This is a ‘normal’ recipe I actually make my family for flourless brownies (where 24g of cornstarch mixed with cocoa powder is the ‘flour’) and then I decided to sub the chocolate chips for my 85% and the sugar for xylitol- and then right after I baked it my sister gave me a birthday present of Sally Ann creeds sugar replacement with monk fruit extract so I might try bake with that too eventually!
