so one week in on the balanced fat secret diet i must say its actually nice the meals are well balanced and i stay satisfied i do get hungry but for someone who drastically overeats this is good ill be weighing in every 10 days i honestly feel so much happier not having to cut whole food groups out. that was a nightmare. im amped to see if i have lost anything but i feel good also no more tummy problems..
