Has anyone tried two meals a day with Intermittent Fasting? I know the meals have to be higher in calories... Any meal suggestions?

I do IF (15:9) but I eat 4 meals a day, small breakfast, lunch, small snack before training and dinner. I do calorie counting (1300 to 1400) and I divide it through the 4 meals. I'm never hungry this way and it works fine for me and I don't feel on a diet, I eat bread, rice, potatoes, ice-cream and even chocolate but all within my calories for the day. I can live like this forever. 🤣🤣🤣

I know right.... I also do IF currently 16/8 but started doing 18:6 today with two meals a day to speed up weightloss

I do IF 20/4, from 8am to 12pm everyday, I eat breakfast and lunch and snack in between, it has really worked for me to get rid of my last stubborn kg's.

i tried intermittent fasting. it worked ok. i do it some days. but for me personally i do better with a tiny breakfast. like coffee and bread. I'm never hungry in the mornings but i like eating with my family. it's almost no calories and it works for me. i do tend to eat an apple at 11 to help me hold till lunch and i find that if i do i eat less at lunch. apples are low in calories. it fis my stomach and actually helps me keep my calories lower when i eat again.

I do two meals a day and 16/8 IF, I do snack in between though, always have like 1400 calories per day.

I do 16/8 IF. Two meals in the day plus a very light snack in between. I drink tea and water until midday then I have a 400 to 500 Cal meal. At about 16h00, I have a less than 200 Cal snack. At 19h00 dinner is the same Cal as breakfast. I've only been doing it for a few days so I can't confidently vouch for results but I feel full the whole day and can easily stay at 1200 Cal per day
