Did a good 7 1/2 mile run yesterday. I'm a little sore still, but I'm hoping to be back up to half marathon before March (without killing myself training). Since I've gotten back into running post foot injury, I've only managed an 8 mile run before I get lax with training. I just don't want to inure myself again, and I love running, but damn these long runs take some time! 😂
