Can't believe i had such a busy weekend without gaining!! I didn't have any dessert and budgeted for a glass of wine per day while still keep under my 1200kcal. Starting to get the hang of it. 1kg down to my first 10kg goal. Soo excited. Going to try and be super good this week so i can be 1kg by next week Monday :)
