Last Halloween I as 178. So fucking disgusted with the amount of work I have to put in just to get back to where I was. And it makes me feel so gross about myself. So sexually unattractive and just yucky. Ugh. I have got to get it off. I can't believe I wasn't more proud of myself back then for maintaining and slowly improving. When I get back to that weight, I hope I appreciate the amount of work I put in... because it as A LOT! Every day- just doing it.

I wish I could help you but I don't think I have the right words. It is ok to make an objective assessment, but beating yourself up probably won't help. You are young and your weight is still correctable with a bit of discipline and choices. As for your appearance, everybody here told you how attractive you are. These were sincere compliments, maybe keep them somewhere in some corner of your mind for the occasional bad mirror day? Wishing you success.

As hard as losing is, that can be the easy part. Staying with it day after day...forever!!...can be hard....really hard. I'm sending you some positive vibes ❤ Get back at it & soon you'll look in the mirror & see the beauty we see. It's there....your glasses are just smudged & cloudy.

I'm with you. I have lost & gained over 100 #s in 20 years. Most of it brutal. Each time, after a regain the #s got higher. It's like a never ending battle of the bulge. I'm just trying to put a cap on it.

I understand how you feel, I gained back 23lbs. and all wifh carbs. I'm getting stared again but the mn set is hard. we can do it,. !!!

Oh DP! I am with you!!! I can’t find the scale and I’m so scared when I do to get back on it, so scared, fitting to get on it for Halloween for it’s a very scary thing! 😮 Life is life and there’s many aspects that does what it does to one. 😞 Let’s get back on track together! I want to root for you, as I know you’re as busy as I!!😕 Know your loved and even when the scale goes the wrong way, it is a temporary thing! At least you're getting back on track and doing something about it, that's good. I get mad at myself to all the yo yo dieting and exercising then stop then exercise then stop since my mid 20's and now I'm 41 and lost this weight, but I have loose skin and it makes me feel frustrated looking at it every day.
