if it's 9 42 pm and I go to bed around midnight, is it a bad idea to run right now?

When I lost my weight the first time I exercised at night. I danced alot.

I can't exercise past 6 pm or I can't sleep...

Sometimes if I do a harder workout at night, it overstimulates me and keeps me up. This is more around 8 pm and beyond.

I can totally understand that! I did feel like I slept through the night last night, I'll have to keep experimenting!
