I think your improvements would be even more noticable if you keep your reference line the same, i.e. the left pic your bed is your reference line, and on your right pic your dressing table is your reference line

Ah yes I see what you mean. The bed has moved closer to the dressing table as well, and it's such a mess 🤣 it's the spare room, so always full of laundry, and the room faces the road so the curtains are closed, so photos never really nice and clear. So tough getting the photo exact like the first ones. I will try again tomorrow morning and position better.

Glad you get what i meant,hey dont worry about the laundry or anything else for that matter tbh i would just put some masking tape on the ground since its a spare room and use that as a reference, Cool, Im busy reading a book by Frank Zane and he highlights the importance of monitoring progress with pictures, and your progress is being seen 😊

how does one upload pics to this platform?? I was wanting to do so (for my own benefit), almost as in part of my record keeping process of this food journey I am on...but I dont know how or where to begin with regards positing pics. Seems like such an UN-user friendly platform...but then it could just be me...lol

Hey Anne, on your profile page, there is a camera icon, you click on that, it will open up your camera, just click on the little film icon at the bottom to access your photos, you can also choose to share with the community or not.

Thank you everyone. My pants are def more lose fitting, have to always wear a belt and on last hole. So its all those little victories that keep you going, even when you have off days. Like today, insane hormonal migraine, broke my fast early to eat and take pain pill. :(
