Haven't weighed in the longest time, started a new job which has been hectic. Haven't been mindful of my eating due to stress and changes. Been averaging around 2000 cals a day🥴 but starting Monday I'm lowering it to around 1400 again 💪 with lots of exercise. Let's do this! Goodluck to everyone this week
