thanks all for the welcome back. one thing i will miss with ww is no calorie counting, app did everything in point system. worried i will make inappropriate choices. all those "zero point foods" still have calories, and thats my next hurdle. taking what i learned on ww, and incorporate here on my tracker. at least i found the recipe builder on this app. meal prep i need to remember is essential! thats where i recently fell. tired of eating the same things bc thats what i know how to do. so, suggestions on easy recipes? websites books you recommend? let me know in comments bc i have to use website to see msg's.

I think you can just google WW recipes. So much can be found online. I don't cook so I just eat whatever and count the calories. The only things I don't count calories in is chewing gum, mustard, black coffee (sometimes) and then you don't have to worry about getting tired of the same stuff. allrecipes.com has a TON of delicious stuff and I am sure has a lot of low calorie stuff.

I look at the sundaymealprep subreddit and 1500isplenty subreddit for a lot of meals and tips. The other thing I do for prepping is cool a few times a week and freeze half in portions. I don't mind eating the same dinner all week but hubby doesn't like it so freezing some helps us mix up the menu.
