... it almost feels like as I cut *bad* carbs, that they were clogging up my brain arteries. Slowly and without me really noticing.

And as I get cleaner, there seems to be emerging a new quality of thinking, akin to my days as a medicated manic depressive. But now without the depressive, and without the manic, and without the medication. Just clarity and incisiveness I’ve not experienced for some years. This is my lived experience

This is definitely true- I’ve read a lot About Carb induced brain fog. Definitely the same for me.
