How do I measure macros here? tried searching on the app for porterhouse pork steaks but nothing.... Do i have to cook it and then cut the fat off and weigh them separately??

Search for pork steak or cutlet and put the total g in of the meat. It will work it out for you

I bought these cuts specifically to try to up my fats in dinner, with halve an avo and some brocoli with feta should probably give me enough fat I hope

TarynJ-S has the right idea. Also, if weight isn’t on the packaging then weigh the raw/uncooked product to get accurate amount.

I eat those and I just search ‘pork’ and take the first one which is 271cals per 100 I think
