I'm so frustrated 😑 iv been maintaining my weight up until now and do everything I was doing before but I'm feeling so drained and exhausted. Struggling so much with my daily exercise. I think I may have messed up my metabolism abit in my weight loss journey. Eating to little and exercising to much. I'm slowly starting to up my calories from 1400. Hoping that will help me to feel like I have more energy and get my workouts back to where it was. Urg I don't even want to go near the scale at this point. Trying something new for the next week or two then will weigh in and see where I am at

Congrats on maintaining! It's one of the hardest things to do and I hope to get there again some day. Might I suggest that you look into reverse dieting, which you might have already. The aim would be to slowly get back to maintenance calories so you're no longer in a deficit, which is probably why you're feeling so tired. Sounds like what you're planning to do anyway, but just adding my two cents worth. You seem very disciplined so it should be fairly easy for you and I wish you all the best!

Thanks Nikina! 😊 yes reverse dieting is what I'm actually aiming for, just trying to learn the basics and see what will work for me. It's such a frustrating process bcoz what was working before isn't working anymore so now I have to try and figure out a completely new strategy. Well done on all your progress so farā¤ and best of luck on your weight loss journey. It's tough but so worth it in the end!
